Refund policy

Payment

In order to place an order with ScaleHobbies, all payments need to be made online. You can choose between the payment options available while checkout.

As a customer, you are free to choose from a variety of payment options such as the following
1. Debit or credit card (Visa, Master card, etc..)
2. Net Banking
3. Wallet
4. UPI/QR
 
Note: We do not provide a cash-on-delivery option so as to facilitate a smooth flow of transactions from order processing to delivery. In case you are facing any issues while making payments kindly reach out to us at hello@scalehobbies.in and we would be happy to assist you.

Refund

You can claim a refund or exchange or return under the following circumstances

  • In case you received the wrong item.
  • In case you received a damaged item.
  •  In case you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Drop us an email at hello@scalehobbies.in with your order id within 3 days of the date of delivery. We will try to ship you the correct item or a replacement item and if we are unable to ship you the item we will intimate you and we will initiate a refund.

If there is a return we will contact you and make arrangements for a return pickup. Your refund will be approved once we receive the returned item. Once your refund is approved we will initiate the refund with the same payment option that was chosen at the time of payment. Generally, the refund is initiated within 2 Business days. The time taken for the amount to get credited to the customer’s original payment method depends on the payment gateway and varies from 1-14 days.
