• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Admission is valid only for the registered participant with a valid booking confirmation.
• Rights of admission are reserved by Scale Hobbies.
• Participants are requested to arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Late arrivals may miss portions of the workshop, and additional catch-up sessions cannot be guaranteed.
• Workshop fees include the materials and supplies specifically mentioned in the event description only.
• Shared paints, brushes, and tools provided during the workshop remain the property of Scale Hobbies unless otherwise stated.
• Participants are expected to handle all workshop materials and equipment with care. Any deliberate damage may incur replacement charges.
• Photography and videography may be conducted during the workshop for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of their photographs or videos unless they notify the organisers in advance.
• Scale Hobbies reserves the right to substitute the instructor, modify the workshop format, or make minor changes to the schedule if required.
• In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by Scale Hobbies, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future session.
